Ruthless pragmatism. I've built my own products from scratch, so I ask the questions that matter. Does it keep people coming back? Does it earn its place? I think about retention and revenue because I've lived on the other side of that number.

Kind teamwork. I'd rather lift the people around me than out shout them, and good work travels further that way. I work AI native too, so one person moves like a whole team, and the hours I save go into the polish and the feel. Motion is where I come alive.
